When will my order ship?

Most orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed. If you need something by a specific date please send a message to see if your order can be rushed. Orders ship from Alameda, California.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, We offer FREE shipping to the US on all orders over $299 USD.  Free shipping is not currently available to destinations outside of the US.

I'm local. Can I pick up my order?

We're so sorry, but our office cannot accommodate Local Pickup from online orders at this time.
